Centerpieces for 2018 Gala
For the Royal Oak Foundation’s 2018 dinner gala, Hyde Park was commissioned by designer Sarah Magness to create unique table centerpieces.
PLANNING
Consulting with Designer Sarah Magness, we identified a relevant precedent ornament and devloped a series of sketches on which our modeling would be based.
CLAY MODELING & PLASTER CASTS
We first creaed a small maquette to convey the concept is a very rough form and discuss. Once the design path was finalized, we created a full-scale blank on which to model our clay. When the models were competed, we made rubber moulds and cast each piece.
COMPLETED
PROJECT
The completed centerpieces were delivered to the site of the event and further adorned with ivy wreaths and flowers by the event design team.
